STANDARD FREE SHIPPING VIA ARAMEX COURIER (FORMALLY FASTWAYS)

Shipping is FREE on orders $25 NZD or over within New Zealand.

 

ESTIMATED COURIER DELIVERY TIMES

We offer express shipping on all orders. Following dispatch please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order within the Wellington area or 2-4 business days for all other locations.

All orders received before 3:30pm on business days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. Please allow 4-7 days for rural deliveries.

Please keep in mind these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive to you after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect/incomplete addresses so please carefully check your delivery details before finalising your order.

 

PRIORITY DISPATCH

Need your supps quickly? Select our priority dispatch option to jump to the front of the queue and ensure your order gets packed and dispatched quickly by a dedicated team member, all for a one-off $6.50 fee. 

 

FREE CLICK & COLLECT – WELLINGTON ONLY

Click and collect your order from our Taranaki Street Store, Wellington CBD. In most instances your order will be available for collection within hours but some orders require 1-2 business days to process and we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. All orders need to be placed online. Simply select the Click & Collect option with your shipping information at the check-out.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification including a link for tracking details. If you have any questions about your shipped order you can email tiare@isupps.co.nz  Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm NZST or phone 04 801 6501 and our team will assist you with your enquiry.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless an 'authority to leave' is active at your chosen delivery address or a 'one-time use authority to leave' is selected.

If you have a permanent 'authority to leave’ or agree to a 'one-time use authority to leave', you understand and agree that this gives our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location.

In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by having an authority to leave or a one-time use authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.

 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our team sales@isupps.co.nz .If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
