RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your iSUPPS purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund – product must be returned in an unused, undamaged and unopened condition.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase including receipt/e-receipt.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

 

OPTION 1: IN-STORE

OPTION 2: VIA POST

Check that you meet the above return conditions.

Find your order/receipt number. If you purchased online it can be found on your confirmation/shipment email. If you purchased in store it can be found on your receipt.

Please contact our team on 04 801 6501 and we'll help you to place the return.

Package your item/s securely and drop off your return at your local Post Office. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Please note: returns are at the expense of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Consumer Guarantees Act which cannot be excluded. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy above.

In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.

We will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.

 

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Costs of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to clear back into your account for any refund. Your bank may take additional time to clear any fund transfers.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of return postage when returning a product unless it's deemed faulty.
