We offer FREE DELIVERY service nationwide. We guarantee fast free delivery straight to your door anywhere in New Zealand. We use Fastways or PBT who have over 250 franchise partners across New Zealand with a commitment to provide unrivalled customer care. We can track exactly where your order is, and we have multiple daily dispatches Monday to Friday.

Whether you live in the North or South, you're a townie or rural, as long as your order is placed before 4.30pm weekdays and your items are in stock your order will be dispatched to you same day.

Delivery Times

Most orders will be delivered within 24 – 48 hours however please allow an extra day for rural delivery.
North Island: 24 - 48 hours     
South Island: 24 - 72 hours

Please note that these timeframes are estimates given to us by our courier service. Rural deliveries may take longer depending on your local courier and location.
 They can only be tracked as far as the rural driver.


 

Delivery Policy


When your parcel is picked up you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your goods. Please remember, after an item has been picked up it can take 2-4 hours for the first scan to show up on the courier website.


To ensure no fuss, fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place if you are not home to receive the package. If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange redelivery.

To ensure a speedy delivery we recommend having your package delivered where you will be during working hours. Parcels left at your door are done so at your own risk.
If for any reason you do not want your parcel left or you have a note for the courier driver you MUST note this in the delivery notes when you process your order
. We cannot take responsibility for incorrectly/incomplete addresses so please carefully check your delivery details before finalising your order

 online.
Please note that we do not ship orders overseas and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers.

Damaged goods

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods or if you have any issues with your package during delivery please contact us immediately. We will endeavour to either replace your item/s or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.
